Baby equipment is available upon request at reception, including a foldable baby cot and a high chair suitable from 6 months. The baby kit is offered at an additional cost of EUR 20 per stay and is subject to availability. The cot complies with safety standards, and for safety reasons, no additional mattress is provided. Reception opening hours are from Monday to Friday from 09:00 to 12:00 and from 17:00 to 19:00, and on Saturday and Sunday from 08:00 to 12:00 and from 16:00 to 20:00. Please note that these hours are subject to change and guests are kindly invited to contact the residence prior to arrival. Room rates include accommodation, bed linen, charges, a cleaning kit, taxes except for the tourist tax and application fee, and basic WiFi access. If the total amount of the reservation is not paid within the timeframe defined in the booking conditions, the property reserves the right to cancel the reservation and apply cancellation fees. Any modification may incur additional charges. For stays of 6 nights or less, check-in is available from 14:00 and check-out is until 12:00. The baby kit can be booked on site directly at reception. Only credit cards are accepted as a method of payment. Additional maintenance kits including a sponge, dishwasher pad, cloth and all-purpose cleaner are available, as well as bathroom welcome products such as soap and solid shampoo or shower gel.This property does not accommodate bachelor(ette) or similar parties.
